Mosaic Youth, starting Wednesday night, has two faces. Emerge and our upperclassmen small group.
Emerge is the name of our 6th – 10th grade Wednesday gathering (from 7-8:30pm in the basement). With the hope to give this face of our ministry an identity I recognized the importance of defining it. The name EMERGE is our definition as it is based off of Psalm 1:3 “(the righteous are) like a tree planted by streams of water that yield fruit in it’s season, and its leafs do not wither. In all he does, he prospers.” It has always been our goal to walk with our students in this season of life as we know this season has the great potential to lay some wicket roots. The only way to do this is to be planted by the streams of Jesus Christ. This is our focus in Mosaic Youth. Every week we celebrate Jesus as we draw closer to Him!
When you hear or see the name Emerge, know that it is our Wednesday gathering underneath the umbrella of Mosaic Youth. Our vision and purpose remain the same as we take one step deeper in defining ourselves.
Emerge starts this Wednesday at 7pm in Mosaic’s basement.
